I started brushing only last night. Did the second one this morning. And it feels gooooooooood!!! :). I also took the fibertox and alfa alfa....no one told me it works overnight! lol! I ran to the bathroom all night...but this morning my tummy looks flatter than ever! Till last night I had a protruding belly. I thought all of it was fat and loose muscle...but I guess now a lot of it was water...water retention for all these years. One dose of these supplements made a big change in me. Will I gain all these water bloating back again after the supplements are over? I hope not....
