Day 3 of Ginger's BC. Did Tempo I plus the extras - AL DD PT etc. Over and out.

Day 1 of "OMG I'm going to SH and if I'm not back in the swing of things, I'll die while I'm there" bootcamp!

Also brushed this morning and am chuggin the water.

MM day today. Salt bath tonight!
