There is a trainer local to me that teaches the program in 4 sessions for $99 and then there is unlimited support for life after that. I've read the book, but it is so scientific I cannot follow well. I am better when someone shows me.
Also, I noticed that Teresa takes Ripped Fuel. This concerns me as it is well known that ephedra products can have lasting effects on the heart. It can kill you without warning. I have a heart condition and cannot even think about taking any supplement like that. Scary thing is I never knew I had a heart condition (I was only 27) and would not have known. The point is to people thinking of taking stuff like that just know the dangers. You may not know your heart cannot take it.
