I had my first child in March via c-section. I "thought" I was in okay shape prior to my pregnancy but stopped exercising around month 4 and just started again last week <img src=icon_smile_blush.gif border=0 align=middle>. I am on day 7 of my 14 day BC and need to lose around 35 - 40 lbs. I was wondering that since there are not any target stomach moves on the Beginner/Rehab tape, will I lose in my stomach area? How long does it generally take before I'll see results? Since I was cut in half I have this ugly <img src=icon_smile_dead.gif border=0 align=middle> little pouch that I never had before... Sure was great when DH pointed that out when we were measuring me <img src=icon_smile_evil.gif border=0 align=middle>.
