Hi,
I read somewhere, that it is genetic...the flatness or lack of flatness of your tummy. So no matter what you do, you won't be able to get an absolutely flat tummy if thats what your genes say.
Is that true? :(. I hope not. I have never had a flat tummy. And I was hoping to get it thru regular cardio, t-tapp and diet. I just started the t-tap trial by doing the Awesome legs and Abs routine given here on this site. And if it works for me, I'm going to order the whole system.
Is there anyone else here who had never had a flat tummy, but got it later? What do you people think about this genetic factor? I hope so much its not true :(((.
