Hi,
Im not new to t-tapp have been doing it for a while, but I had a question on the HTF moves. I was wondering if I have to feel my lower abdominals that's my concern area I have kinda a pooch there I hate it I've had it ever since I had a cesarian with my second baby. After that I had 2 more kids. Anyways back to the subject, I'm a short torso and I have lost some inches not many Im a slow loser, but my lower abs don't seem to budge. I really feel it on my upper abs you know the burning sensation but not on my lower abs. I try very hard but nothing I can't seem to lose there. Do I have to tighten my muscles all through the moves.( kinda of a dumb question but here it goes) I was also womdering if HTF was cardio, even though Im on the floor doing the workout my heart is pumping really fast and I sweat alot.I had another question is it possible for a short torso to have a flat tummy again any short torsos out there who really had great results on getting their tummys flat. Thanks and I would really appreciate any sugetions anyone has on HTF moves.

I am a LT and I although I never felt much burning in the lower abs, they certainly did go down. Twice now I have done a 10 day BC of Basic and HTF and by the 10th day my abs are flat. Of course since I am LT this area flattens out nicely for me, but I really liked doing the BC. And yes, I contract my abs through all the moves, especially when she says to contract on a certain part of the move. Have you done a HTF BC before? I think all T-tapp stuff is cardio in a way because we really are working hard. I sweat a good amount when doing my floor work, and yes my heart rate is up. I hope a ST jumps in here too!

Thank you, Jessica for your reply. I have done a bootcamp a couple of times, but my tummy really doesn't go down. I also have done several B/R bootcamps. I have lost inches but it really takes a long time. I guess I have to keep at it longer maybe one day I'll have a flat tummy again.
