Carol, Just got my computer working again, as you probably noticed I have been out of commission. I have pretty much been exercising other than 1 bad week which my credits made up for. My eating has been horrid due to extreme stress overload in other areas (as well as computer!) Whatever. Sorry it made it a pain for you.
I am leaving this am for AZ and won't be back till the 9th. Probably won't have access to puter, but I will be trying to get in some exercise. Please take me off the GM/MM list, and put me on leave for the habit formers. I do want to stay in it. I will report to you when I get back. Hopefully I will be able to have a computer that stays working.
