I have been reading about which workouts are full body workouts. If I do the 1st part (standing) of Tempo Lower Body would that be considered a full workout? Also, if I do PBS and TTT and then Tempo Lower Body 2nd part (floor work) would that be considered a full body workout?

Sorry, to be asking but I am getting confused. Thanks Tappers!

In the strictest "traditional" sense, neither of the options you outlined are "full body workouts." Add BWO+ before either half of TLB, and then it would be a full body workout. But don't get too hung up on conventions. There are no rules. Just move and fit T-Tapp into your life as you can.

Editing to add that Habit Former definitions of full/long and short workouts vary - so check with Carol.
