Hello all! I am a brand new tapper and am looking to get off on the right foot. I've been to one clinic with Kiona already, and have another one on the 19th. I am a bit OC and like having structure in my life. I have read a lot on your board and think that this is the type of accountability and support and structure that I need.

I would like to do a 14day bootcamp, and then get into the right "groove" of workouts.

Would anyone be able to help me design a good bootcamp and then a schedule to follow from then on out??

A bit about myself:
My name is Jennifer
I am in Virginia (though from CT)
Hubby is active duty Navy
Have 2 kids (yes, with blue eyes)
Am 5'5" and wearing a size 12/14 now.
Have been dieting (gasp - yes, the horrible D word) and exercising (not the ttapp way) for 6 weeks PRIOR to finding TTAPP and lost about 20lbs and 28inches. Since finding TTAPP I am way more interested in this way of thinking. I am all about the WHOLE person and T's philosophies about exercise, nutrition, etc. just all ring true with me. It's what I've been searching for - and lo and behold - here it is. I guess things really do come to you when you are ready and willing to have them.

I have the Total Workout package (inst #1 and 2, BWO+, and B/R. and the SATI.) I will be ordering HTF this week and should have it soon.

Right now I'm just getting a feel for all of the tapes. I can do the BWO+ and the SATI. I still need a lot of work on the inst #2, and therefore havn't even attempted the B/R yet.

My goal is to get from this tight 12/loose 14 down to at least a 10. I don't know where my body will go after 2 kids. An 8 would be marvelous... I guess I'll just keep working away and see where I end up.

I've been consulting with Kiona regarding my WOE, and will be following her recommendations. SO, all that's left is to meet you wonderful tappers and get started!

THANK YOU so much - in advance - I know that this is the right place to come! <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>
