Spray on Tans

I am going to be in a wedding in April. I am very pale. I do not want to tan in a tanning bed. I do not think they are healthy.

Any suggestions on what to use to not look so pale. It is a sleeveless dress and so it will be very noticable.

Have any of you tried the salons that do the spray on tanning?
