I almost hate to post, cause now I have to admit that I haven't actually started doing the tapes yet. I have been brushing, and started a low carb eating plan Monday. I planned on doing a modified Atkins 2-week induction, basically very low carbs for 14 days. But it's killing me!! I'm having horrible carb cravings. I've read about Teresa's man-made carb/God-made carb program, it sounds good but can you actually lose weight with it, or just maintain? I lost about 20 pounds 2 years ago by eating low carb, now Atkins, but gained it back and more. Now I need to lose 35-40 pounds. Any advice is appreciated!
