Purpose: to explore T-Tapp details and concepts in bite size bits

Goal: to simplify, motivate, and to quote Teresa, "Work Smarter, Not Harder"

Plan: I'll post some new topics each week and add my own thoughts later. Jump in and answer it in your own way. Add your insights and comments so that we can all learn together.

#6 What is a TUCK exactly? Why is it so important? And if you don't keep tucking, what might be the result?

Thanks for the advise with the lunge tuck. I do find it harder to tuck during that and when I do anything involving one foot off the ground, but I am getting better. My tuck is the best during PBS and Plies. The visionary the works best for me is the "bad doggie" tuck the tail. I like that one. I also find myself automatically tucking during day, like washing my hands or preparing a room for a patient. I also do KLT whenever I bend over to reach or pick up something. Isn't Tapping great?

Every action produces a reaction-cause and effect. What comes around goes around full circle, and what's done in the dark will always come to light.
