I really need to learn more about this! The only veggies I eat consistently are peas/corn, and baby carrots; one serving with my supper. I don't know what to do with the other stuff. I never know enough to leave the peel on or remove it. I'm a beginner for sure! I try baby carrots and grape tomatoes with dip, but that is the extent.
