O.k. here I am 4 days post partum, and while I am not yet up to exercising, I am definatley thinking about it! <img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle> Now should I start out with POP videos to get my strngth up a little bit or maybe start out with 1 instructional? Right now my much over stetched torso is very sore and in need of attention but I don't want to be injured by starting to soon, the POP videos I have are DD, AL, JR, Arms, HTF, OIP, all of the mini maxes (although I know they would be too fast for me now) and beginners, I'm not sure about a bootcamp yet but maybe some challenges? I am breast feeding, & had a natural delivery (with episiotomy). I would appreciate your advise on how to safley ease back into a good routine. Thanks for all of your help!
