I've seen lots of posts about almonds, and it would seem that Teresa recommends them highly. Can anyone head me to the article in which she talks about their benefits.

I've read lots of stuff about how healthy nuts have been determined to be these days. While doing the low carb WOE, I took to eating more nuts, mostly cashews, pistachios and peanuts. Altho they are a bit higher in carbs, they are still in the nut family, and I counted the carbs in them.

Anyone have more info on the 'nut' thingie???
