My college roommate who is only 39 was just diagnosed with precancerous breast tissue. The two options she's been give are radiation / chemo or removal of the breast. Does anyone have any experience with this? She is considering the surgery because of the chances of chemo not working. She says her abnormality is the one that most often turns to cancer. Any insight / experiences would be appreciated!
