Two weeks ago I recieved my tapes, and started in on a 14 day Boot Camp. I was thrilled and excited to learn more about Teresa Tapp, and I would go online daily to read the forum topics. I also walked daily for 3 miles, and sometimes biked too (at the gym). Then, my plans for completing the entire 14 days started plummeting when I got sick with a horrible cold/flu, started my period a couple days after getting sick, and then my 7 year old decided to jump from a 6 1/2 foot slide and broke his foot (and is still in the hospital from surgery). The only thing I was able to do with consistency, was the brushing.
Yesterday ended what was supposed to be a trek into 14 days of tough (yet worth it) Boot Camp. Let me also add that I did not diet at all. I cut back a little, was careful with my carb intake, and drank tons and tons of water.
I stepped on the scale this morning, and also measured myself, and my eyes turned as big as saucers! It seems that I should call up one of those TV shows that talk about strange but true facts. Needless to say, drumroll please, I was pleasantly surprised....

Is something wrong here? This is freaking me out now. I haven't really added up everything until now. Amazing. My clothes fit better, and my shape is firmer....the brushing DOES work totally! (My abdomen was primarily loose skin from weight loss after having 3 children)
WOW! I am a believer and a happy loser! (pun IS intended) ;)
