Hi-- I've been tapping for exactly 4 weeks today. Loving it so much! Last October, I had a bad fall wherein I injured my sciatica, my forearms, my right hip and more. I am tall and large, so I fell hard. I couldn't walk for a week, had extensive pain in my forearms and sciatica for months after this injury. I'm only 38 and thought," I can't continue being in this bad of a shape at such a young age!". In November, I cut refined sugar and flour out of my diet on the advice of my doctor. I started feeling better within days. I started walking again. A few weeks later, I added TaeBo back into my routine (I've done this WO for years). But still battling pain quite a bit. I heard about TTAPP from another forum, researched it and decided to try it. I'm so impressed with the results I'm experiencing! I'm getting STRONG, have lost some inches and pounds, and, coolest of all, I fell again a few days ago while running around playing with my little boy and, guess what? I only had very minor pain from the fall! I did PBS shortly after I fell along with a few other stretches and the pain just subsided! And now, 6 days after falling, I have NO PAIN! I have energy now, my PMS is less troublesome... I could go on and on. But I won't! Just had to share. TTAPP ROCKS!
