I am new to T-Tapp, having been a FIRM junkie for years, so I was skeptical about the amazing claims I was reading about this workout. I have done the intro tapes for the last 2 days and am shocked by how out of form I am. I don't call myself out of shape, because I'm within my goal weight range and have never been big. What attracted me to T-tapp was its claim that I could work up to a 2x/week maintenance level. I'm still not sure that it will be THAT good, but I'm impressed. Especially after the FIRM, it takes some adjustment to the production quality of these tapes, but Teresa's emphasis on form is an inspiration. I had no idea how bad my posture was. I feel like my abs and butt are much tighter after only 2 days! I'm not seeing inch loss (yet---I'm still optimistic), but what I like is the way I feel. If nothing else I feel like I'm improving my alignment, and that's worth a lot in the long term. I hope I can see the results you all have seen in the future.
