I'm doing GM/MM, 2 days on, 1 off. However, my dh has Saturdays off and that is usually when we do things (going out with friends and having a few drinks etc.). This week is the beginning of my third week, and I have lost 8 pounds as of this morning.

My problem is this: If I did Sunday & Monday on, Tuesday off, Wed, Thurs & Friday on and then did Saturdays off, or something like that, but so most of my Saturdays were off...would it still work?? That is would my body adjust itself to that schedule and if I perhaps had a Sunday off that my body wouldn't burn the carbs efficiently enough b/c it's used to a "schedule". I thought about this after reading Carols post.

Also, if I have an event, or some type of travel, can I do like 3 on, 1 off and then maybe 2 on 1 off so I don't have to worry so much about blowing it?? OR is it better to stick with my 2 on, 1 off regardless??

Sorry this is so confusing, I hope you can understand what I'm trying to say. I'm trying not to make this difficult, b/c it isn't, but I don't want to fail again. I'm probably just thinking too much!!
