I'm 23. My mom introduced me to T-Tapp and we're both big fans. I think it's great! Although I think I must be doing something wrong. Maybe it's my diet. I usually don't eat before I take a walk or work out in the mornings because I'll get cramps. But I keep getting weak and faintish after a work out. I drink water about every 5 mins on the work out. You're free to e-mail me and ask me questions further, but I want this to be more enjoyable for me to work out. any hints or things you think would be helpful would be most appreciated!
