Hello All
Here is what I ate yesterday:
9 AM - Cafferine Free Tea w/ Stevia (and 2 teaspoons of non dairy creamer)
10 AM - Tangerine
12:15 PM - Salad
4 PM - Cafferine Free Tea w/ Stevia (and 2 teaspoons of non dairy creamer)
5 PM - Tomatoe Basil Chesse (2 oz)
6 PM - Stir-Fry Veggies
11 PM - Akkas (Fritters) w/ Stew Tomatoes
12 AM - Cafferine Free Tea w/ Stevia
Today (1/22/04) is day three for me! On my MM day I am plan to have just a few sweets and will try not to eat any starches. I don't mind not eating starches.
I believe starches help me lose the same pounds over and over again. By eliminating them I can stop the yo-yo effects.
