I've been searching for the recommended daily allowances of protein, carbs, fat, and fiber. Can anyone point me in the right direction or give me the info? I think fat is no more than 30% total, with no more than 10% sat fat and fiber is around 20 at a minimum.
I'm eating god made now most of the time, but I still eat way too many calories. I'm interested in a good balance of these items as I make small changes to eat right for my body and lose this extra weight, yet do not go hungry.
