Hey guys,
Has anyone here tried L-carnitine? I saw the pill form in the drug store this morning and I almost bought it. (I'm fighting the post-holiday pudge!) From what I've researched it seems to aid the body in fat burning (and God knows I'm burning loads of fat by Tapping). Has anyone seen any added results from it? Have ya heard of any dangerous side effects?
