Hello T-Tappers!
I am new to T-Tapp and am excited to hear of the great results from you. My sister gave me Tapes 1 and 2 as a gift and I must admit that they've been sitting here waiting, mostly out of my own fear of starting. I've never exercised in my life but I believe T-Tapp is what I've been looking for...
I have some questions I hope can be answered here. I would appreciate any advice!
First, are there guidelines for measuring myself before I start? I want to be accurate.
Second, is it possible to lose inches but not lose much weight? This is why I ask: I normally have a very thin face. But since I've gained about 10 pounds, my face has filled out a little and I like it that way! (not to mention have a bustline for the first time since before having kids :)
Ok, but with those 10 pounds I got the inches...I SO desparately want and need to lose INCHES!! I'm 5'6", small boned and short torso/long legs. I haven't been a size 4/6 for quite some time now (what I am comfortable being) - the inches just keep creeping on as I get older! Now I'm a tight size 8, almost a 10. Can't button any of my pants :(
Last question - should I start with a "Boot Camp?" What would you veterans recommend?
My short term goal is to lose inches in my waist - the bulges there are taking over. This "putting organs in place" idea makes so much sense to me...it seems like I don't have enough room for mine!
My long term goal is to look and feel fabulous for my 20-year high school reunion this summer!
I guess I'm rambling here...
THANK YOU in advance for any advice and opinions!
