My leather ankle strap has ripped and broken off.
Geesh, do you think I've been wearing them too much? (ha ha)
iwellness customer service was AWESOME, and they have shipped me out a new pair, including return shipping for my damaged pair.
The only thing I dread it the breaking in period.
I was very surprised this happened as the overall design and construction of the metatrek shoe is top notch.
If anyone experiences this same thing, don't dispair, iwellness has been very accomodating.
