Can you tell I'm a little wound up? It's been snowing here since Friday night. Today was supposed to be my rest day but it ended up being two hours of snow shoveling.

There was over 3' when we started digging out and by the time we finished the first sweep there was an additional 6" down in the area where we started.

All I can say is that today once again proved to me how T-Tapp along with MetaTrek walks keeps you conditioned. Snow shoveling is hard work and during two hours of steady shoveling I never got out of breath. (I use a verrrrrry big shovel and pack it full too! )

I'm also verrrry thankful to PBS. Did it before I started and when I finished and topped it off with Oilwells and T-Tapp twist and my back feels good.

It's still coming down so we're going to have to go back out and clean up again in a couple of hours so I'll be doing PBS a couple more times today.

Hope everyone in the North East is managing to dig out.
