I decided today that I am at my goal. I started ttapp August 1. I was out of shape, I had rolls of fat above my waist for the first time in my life, my belly pooch was the biggest it had ever been, I was tired, my PMS was horrible, my blood pressure was high, my stress level was high, and I was depressed at how dumpy my body had become. I was a size 10, on my way to a 12. Most of my clothes were a size 8 and I could not wear any of them without looking like a stuffed sausage.
After 4 months of ttapp, I am strong, I have beautiful muscles in my arms and legs, my tummy rolls are GONE, my tummy is the flattest it has been since before my 2 c-sections (or maybe even before that). My chronic neck, back and shoulder pain is much better. I am wearing a size 6-8 now and I can wear everything in my closet and most of the 8's are getting loose! No more waistbands cutting into my waist! I can't tell you how many inches or pounds I have lost because truthfully, I did not measure before I started. I decided ahead of time just to go by the way my clothes fit. But I have lost at least 1 size.
I will never give up ttapp. I believe it is absolutely the best exercise ever.
