Here we go on that slippery slope that leads to the New Year!

I've committed to doing at least 20 minutes of purposeful movement a day allowing for a day of rest each week.

After my weekend turbo blitz I needed to take it easy on my lower body so I did Minimax 1 today. Since it is a little short of the 20 minute mark I'll do some hoe downs and a set of stairs at work later at lunch time.

Hope eveyone has a positive reentry to life after the holiday weekend!!
