I'm so excited!!! I woke up today and put on my jeans only to discover they were a bit loose on me. I just finished a 7 day bootcamp on Saturday and have been doing the beginning tape EOD since. Well, to make a long story short I have been pigging out big time because my in-laws were here for a long weekend. We are talking major stress eating here. It was my son's first birthday so I have been binging on cake and candy and pastries now for days. Well, I did'nt even bother taking measurements after I finished the BC because I did'nt want to depress myself. So I just kept on with my workout schedule as planned. My loose pants prompted me to take the measurements and it turns out I've lost 3 inches in 10 days! I can't believe it. This t-tapp stuff is magic I swear! And, the best part is, this works with out dieting!! I had been doing the firm workouts faithfully for 5 months straight with no measurable loss at all. Just bulk underneath my fat. Just for the record I'm 32 and have about 20 pounds to lose. I wear a size 12. But not for long!!! Just wanted to share.
