Well, when this problem first arose, I thought of asking here, but I forgot. However, I kept wearing my shoes about once a week and then would have tail bone/hip pain. I have started wearing my shoes to work once a week. It seemed that it was those days that cause the most pain.
Yesterday, I laced up for the first time this week to take my 25 minute walk. On the last up hill I noticed that I was not walking with the shoes, but swinging the shoes around. No wonder I'm in pain. I was using my hips to swing my leg around.
I attribute this from being lax about form when wearing the shoes to work. It was such a subtle change that I did not notice until I was really moving my legs funny going up a hill.
I started using my legs to walk, like you are suppose to do, and I could really tell the difference.
I thought I better post here to share this realization with everyone.

I need to be healthy, I want to be thin.
