I just realized yesterday, that it has been one year since I discovered T-tapp. I can't remember the exact dates I ordered and received my tapes, but it was in the first two weeks of last October.
I was a wreck. I had major hormone fluxuations. A back condition brought on by the birth of my daughter, that seemed to be related to the hormone fluxuations. It literally, actually crippled me after her birth. My whole pelvic region felt "locked" and my hips ached all the time, and I couldn't move my legs unless my DH would pry them apart and make them pop at the hips. I had a few chiropractic adjustments that helped temporarily, and with time I wasn't quite as crippled, but for two years, until I started t-tapp, that was my life. I couldn't stand long enough to cook or clean. I was barely able to care for my daughter while my DH was at work. It was horribly uncomfortable to play on the floor.
It took me from last Oct, to about this past March to really get serious with the ttapp. Mostly because that back pain was so horrible, I used it as a excuse not to workout. But I was constantly trying to do PBS, and I was pretty consistant with the CRT. Well, it was about March that I started to realize that even just that PBS was helping me. I started doing it twice a day. My moods lifted and I slowly began doing more and more of the workouts. At some point I was doing at least the basic WO at least twice a week, and other forms of exercise as well, but I haven't stayed faithful to all of it. But PBS has been a pretty constant thing. Anyway, as I was realizing that it has been a year, I also realized I haven't been back to that chiropractor at all in that year. And, I have been noticing my back "flare-ups" are really only more of a discomfort now than a disabling pain. So, this is for all those who are telling theirselves ttapp won't work for them. Just PBS is powerful enough to change your life, and nothing is going to change without some consistancy. And, now I just have to start doing the rest of the workout with as much persistance as I have done PBS. And hopefully, 3-6 months from now I can post on the success stories thread, with a few more lost clothing sizes and more life improvements. There are more already, but they are in the ironing out stages.
Well that's all I have right now. It may not seem like a big deal, but believe me, it is. I just moved to a house at least 3 times bigger than the little trailer I just left and this house has stairs, it is a split level. And I can actually take care of it. I am so excited, to be able to take care of it. Because at this time last year, I would not have been able to use these stairs 50 times a day chasing my toddler like I can now. And I wouldn't have been able to vaccuum all these rooms, and I'm sure you get the picture.
Anyway, thanks for reading. I hope others are getting better health as well. God Bless Teresa.

p.s. I would have used exclamation points, but my one/exclamation key is broken.
