Hi everyone. I called iwellness today because I was bothered by a rattling in the heel of the left shoe of my new MetaTreks. (Another poster had previously written about this problem) As soon as I mentioned the rattling the woman (Elizabeth) I was speaking to asked me if I have black, size 8s, which I do have. Seems that after the first pair were returned, they went through their inventory and removed several pairs with the same problem - all were black, size 8, left shoe. Elizabeth was extremely nice and is sending out a new pair and a return shipping label for the old pair and she asked me to post a message here for anyone with black, size 8s to give the left shoe a few good shakes to make sure you don't also have a defective shoe. While it won't be harmful to wear the shoe, it can be an annoying sensation. Sandie
