I won't be posting till Monday Carol. I am taking a mini-spa vacation to Hot Springs to soak up the mineral baths and few massages and going for some great R and R in the trees. have packed my Metatreks for all hiking and will be doing my workouts regardless of what BF thinks I am doing.
