I have company this week which is nice but also can make workouts difficult to fit in.
Today we were away from home all day but thanks to my Metatreks I got a great workout. I wore them all day while we took my MIL outlet shopping. Tonight my legs feel tired but in that good worked way and my lower back feels nice and relaxed.
At any rate this got me thinking and I decided that with fall just around the corner I really want to plan more walking into my scheduled workouts and really put my new weighted shoes to the test.
I thought it might be nice if we had a walking check in. It can be for people who have weighted shoes or for people who ordered them and want to get started before they come. People who are saving up for a pair and want to walk in the meantime are welcome as are people who just love to walk.
We can share motivation, results, schedules, anything we want to really. We might even want to train for some kind of a relay marathon or other race at some point in the future. Of course then we'd have to come up with some fancy and snappy name you know. <img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle>
