Has anyone tried Scan Diet? And have you had sucess with it? I am a big fan of Slim fast and always have good sucess when I committ to doing it but I just heard about Scandiet and wondered if it was truly better. I need to lose 14.5lbs by November 1 in order to win a bet and look the way I want to when we go to Aruba. If you have any advice, I'd love to hear it.
