I have not been able to be on the boards much lately. I am not sure when the next challenge begins. Is it going to be 6 on 1 off?
If I do a WATP and Tempo again tomorrow will I be caught up? Plus on New Year's Day I had an extra 2 mile walk.
I am in the middle of a job change and the training is 2 hours away. I leave the house at 6:30 am and don't get home until 7:00 pm. I want to get caught up and start the next challenge with a clean slate.
