I am going to roll over your banked workouts to the next challenge. So don't worry, you guys aren't going to lose all that hard work. JO if you work out later we will put that workout back in the bank. Rest would probably be best. You have to remember you have been under a lot of stress with your Grandpa's illness. This might just be your bodies way of saying if you won't slow down I will do it for you.
