Sorry this is late. I didn't want to have to put myself on the list so I had to get my workout done first.
Jen, if the bleeding continues how about taking a few days off of OIP. My organs don't like to be moved during TOM and I get flooding if I try. So for one week each month no OIP. Maybe things are still needing a rest in there.
Deidre-you are 100% right I haven't lost track you owe one long and one short still.
Okay ladies you are doing so good. This list tonight is really short. WAY TO GO LADIES !!! Pat each other on the back. Okay so you are too far apart for that, then go get hubby and have him pat you. He won't understand,but you can add it to the list of other things he doesn't understand about us.
