Hi Carol,
I have a quick question (when you get the time to answer).
I am going to the Chiropractor on Monday and Friday (due to my back being hurt in my November accident). This week I started with his Physical Therapist, 1/2 hour on Monday and Friday.
I loaned her my T-Tapp tapes to see what kind of exercises I have been doing. She said it is OK to do the exercises, but stop if it hurts too much. She did add a cat stretch with a stretch out to each side.
My question is, should my long workout consist of only T-Tapp then add my additional exercises, or should the whole workout be at least 30 minutes? And do you want me to post any additional workouts that I do, or only post that I am doing my HF Challange?
