I just read a great post by Lannette on the General Forum about setting goals. I then realized, that because of Habit Formers, I have no exercise/weight loss/inch loss/diet goals/resolutions for 2003! Do I want to lose weight/inches/sizes in 2003? YES!! but I know if I am faithful with Ttapp/brushing/walking in Cardiostrides and healthy eating my goals will eventually materialize (on a timetable unknown to me). My experience has been that God ignores my scheduling advice anyway. My job is to do the "footwork" (no pun intended)and leave the results up to Him.

I have been hesitant to post this but here goes: everyone in my family but me has been sick over the holidays. My whole family is athletic and health conscious.I was talking to Jenibug and she suggested it was because I am the only one that Ttapps!

I can never remember a time that I lost weight or inches over the holidays. From Thanksgiving to New Year's . . . . I am happy to report I have lost 4 inches since November 22!!! and I cannot believe I have been faithful with Habit Formers since October!!
