I know we've done a lot on wraps, but I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on using them to detox the bod. I've got one I'm going to use & says it pulls crud into the lymph, which I can easily tap away! But does anyone have any thoughts on this?
also, Frace (I know you'll read this!) could you please e-mail me the info you sent Ally on detox/cleansing the bod? Appreciate it!!!
