Okay ladies today is day 10 but also Christmas Day so I expect to be missing reports from quite a few of you. I hope you are at least getting hoe downs in after you eat all those goodies.
Come on ladies at least try for a little cardio today when you get home. Some of you want to do a blitz this weekend. Let me know who is doing it. Tonight I will post who is missing workouts and who has credit. So be sure you read it and check out your totals.
