Hi Carol!
I was a habit former back in the end of October early November... then school and work interfered. Don't know if you remember, but I was working on my Master's degree.
Well, on Dec 13th I graduated!! YAY! But in the meantime i fell off the excercise wagon big time. Well, I decided before coming back here and joining the habit formers again, that I needed to climb back on that wagon on my own. If I didn't feel motivated on my own, then no amount of encouragement from you would help me.
Well, I'm proud to say that I'm officially a habit former of 1 week! I'm taking it 1 day at a time :). I'm not ready yet to join on the official thread (too much pressure!) but I feeling pretty confident that I can keep myself motivated right now :). The next 2 weeks will be the hardest all year, so if I can make it on my own, I can make it!'
I wish all the ladies on the forum luck - and hopefully in the not too distant future I can join the thread :)
