Hi Ladies,
I plan on doing a BLITZ this weekend to catch up on my 3 long workouts. Doing the 5 long workouts over the 3 days will put me even (not counting my 2 extras) and make me feel better about the holidays (I usually have too much to do and too little time to do it in).
Does anyone want to join me? I will make sure I check in at least once over the weekend to update on my progress.
Since no almost no one is here in the office today I might sneek one workout in at lunch

50 Inches lost since February 2002 and only 13 pounds!!!
