We are almost to our first week goal and almost to Christmas. Congratulations!!! The trick now is to get through Christmas without any ground lost. So here is the plan. Keep up the exercise and try to make it thru the holidays with a cookie, a piece of fudge, not a pan of it. I don't want anyone of you spoiling your holidays by being so strict you actually don't enjoy it. So have the goodies but exercise and have them in moderation. Remind yourself you can have them just not all of them. Also, remember the power of hoedowns. Someone wanted to do a blitz this weekend. I will see if I am up to it by Friday. I don't want to push too much and have a relapse. I know we can definately do one the weekend after New Years to make up for the holidays. Is that a deal? I just know if we try one this weekend it will make everyone feel guilty if they don't complete it with all the busy stuff going on to get ready for Christmas. So, how about either the weekend of the 27th which might be too early or the weekend of the 2nd. Let me know what you want.
