Okay we are past the hard part day one. Now on to day two. Today I am going to try and get through a tapping session without coughing to death. I did an hour on the treadmill and bike last night so I should be able to do my workout today. Some of you are behind just getting out of the gate. COME ON LADIES!!!!!!The holidays are just around the corner. You have to get through Christmas and New Years parties without gaining the customary 10 lbs. We can do this. I would make your holiday goal to actually stay the same if not lose something. You don't want to completely ruin the holidays but you don't want to pig it out either. My goal is to stay GM for the 3 days before each holiday. That way it will short circuit the damage from the holiday and I still get to enjoy it. NOW LETS TAP SO WE CAN EAT OURSELVES SILLY.
