Hello everyone. I think keeping a record of what you are doing helps a lot. I layed out the 30 days marked each t-tapp day and counted each day out. Once I did the workout I typed in what I did...if it was a t-tapp day what I did and same thing if it was a short day. I went through and marked if the day was to be GM or MM too. Keeping track was easy and if Carol missed a post I did not have to go back through all the posts here...just looked at the calendar and I was set. If you are not doing this give it a try it really does help.
