Hi everyone!
It's been a very long time - I apologise. I'm still attempting to do T-Tapp, but the videos don't work here in Belgium where I live now (long story - am on my second month now- with a good job - por fin!!).
Must buy the new tapes - are they in DVD format yet??
Would love to hear from all of you!! Especially those of you from the DC area that I had the opportunity to meet before).
Also, well, the Belgian diet!! Waffles, chocolate and beer is all I seem to live on these days. It's odd, but I've lost a lot of weight. I am going to a gym (albeit rarely), but it helps, I suppose.
So, my gym offers a service in endermeologie, which is supposed to get rid of those areas which you have fat deposits and smooth it out all over your body...
Has anyone tried it? It takes about 8-12 sessions to get results and is supposed to reduce inches and general flab (which I have a lot of due to my weight loss).
Cheers all and look forward to hopefully hearing back from my old e-friends,
Nina
