How do we become Habit Formers?

I have just read through...well, skimmed through 3 pages of posts. Would someone be so kind as to share a link or to explain how we can become Habit Formers? I will check back in later to see....I need to go and WO...I have been putting it off by reading all the posts...but, gotta do it or I'll never make it a habit.
